Before you start an application, please create a Chervò account if you don’t already have one.

Once your account is created, please fill out this form.

We’ll ask you basic questions about your role in the golf community and require you to upload some documents.

Once you apply, please allow 3-5 business days for your application to be approved or denied. Fore the Pros members can use their discount online or in-store at our North Palm Beach location. This discount is intended for your own personal use only and may not be used to purchase for other individuals. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your Fore the Pros membership.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY 30% OFF?

Redeem online at checkout.

Log into the account that you used to apply for your Fore the Pros membership. Once your membership is approved, you will receive a code to apply at checkout, which will take 30% off your order. Remember, this code is for your personal use only.
