Please note: 

  • We only take back items online that you have purchased from the official Chervò USA (www.chervousa.com) online shop. 
  • If you have purchased an item from an Authorized Third Party Retailer (pro shop or specialty store), please return it to or exchange it at the place where you bought it. 

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

Click on Start an Exchange or Return on the bottom of our website, under RETURN or here.

Enter your order number & email address in the fields to start an exchange. Once you have entered your information your order history will load. Please select the eligible items you would like to exchange. Select the reason for your exchange click next. Click exchange and indicate what item you would like to receive in exchange (the new size or color or item you would like).

Exchanges do not have to be for the same item. Please indicate the new item if you do not wish to exchange for the style.

Once we receive your exchange request, we will begin processing your order. Your exchange will be confirmed, and a pre-paid shipping label will be sent via email for you to return your original item. Once your original item is received, your exchanged item will ship.  If there is a balance due for the exchange, you will receive an email with confirmation for balance payment in order for new items to ship.

Exchanges must be received within 14 days of the confirmed exchange request, in order for items to be held for replacement.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Click on Start an Exchange or Return on the bottom of our website, under RETURN.

Enter your order number & email address in the fields to start a return. Once you have entered your information your order history will load. Please select the eligible items you would like to return. Select the reason for your return and click next to submit your return. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for shipping label and confirmation to be processed.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

In order to receive a FULL REFUND to your original payment method, your item must meet the following conditions: 

    • refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
    • must be new and unworn with original tags attached
    • returns on eyewear must be in original packaging and will only be honored if requested within 14 days of receipt and with all labels in tact. All eyewear must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Chervò has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer.
    • returns on Q-UNO SHOES must be in original packaging and will only be honored if requested within 14 days of receipt and with all labels in tact. All shoeware must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Chervò has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer.
    • must not be marked as a FINAL SALE ITEM or end in .99 on our website (this is indicated in the product description)
    • must not have make-up or other marks
    • must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing detergent
    • Chervò has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer.  Items refused will be shipped back to customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method at the time of purchase. We ask that you allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified by email. 

In order to receive an Online Credit Note/Gift Card/Store Credit, your item must meet the following conditions: 

    • refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
    • must be new and unworn with original tags attached
    • must not be marked as a FINAL SALE ITEM or .99 on our website (this is indicated in the product description)
    • must not have make-up or other marks 
    • must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing detergent
    • Online Credit Note/Gift Card/Store Credit does not expire
    • Chervò has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer.  Items refused will be shipped back to customer.

During the return process if an item is ineligible for return you will not be able to select that item for return. If an item is ineligible for return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible item to you. Unidentified items will be return to the sender.

RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR SOILED MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED? 

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled within our system. If you are unhappy with an item in your order or changed your mind, please initiate a return within the return period online as outlined above.  If the item was listed as final sale, it cannot be returned.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We will gladly accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the order date in the form of store credit. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Team Chervò at ciao@chervo-usa.com and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Final Sale items are excluded, and other promotions may also be excluded.

 

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. CHERVÒ will replace any item with quality defects from workmanship or materials within 60 days of purchase.  CHERVÒ does not take returns on apparel and accessories damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/material through time, exposure to elements or extensive use.

GOLF BAG WARRANTY: 

CHERVÒ golf bags carry a one-year, limited warranty. Warranty is not applicable to purchases made via third party vendors. Proof of purchase will be required to proceed with warranty resolution. We are happy to replace the item under warranty if that item is still available and in stock, however if the items is out of stock or currently unavailable, we will offer you a full refund for the amount you originally paid. If proof of purchase cannot be provided partial credit for the original purchase will be provided via gift card. Quality issues outside of one year will be addressed on a case by case basis, please email ciao@chervo-usa.com for assistance.
