ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.  RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE AT WWW.CHERVOUSA.COM

All full-priced items can be returned within 30-days from the date of delivery.

In order to receive a FULL REFUND to your original payment method, your item must meet the following conditions: 

  • refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • must be new and unworn with original tags attached

  • must not be marked as a FINAL SALE ITEM on our website (this is indicated in the product description)

  • must not have make-up or other marks 

  • must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing detergent

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method at the time of purchase. We ask that you allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified by email. 

In order to receive a Online Credit Note, your item must meet the following conditions:

RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR SOILED MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. UNIDENTIFIED ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER. 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we highly suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before starting your return online. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once your return is requested, you will receive a pre-paid label to send back your original item. Once your item is received, your refund will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.
