Return Policy



We want your purchase on to exceed your expectations. Otherwise, you have 14 days from the date of delivery, for item’s returned in their original packaging, unworn, intact and with tags. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We ask that you allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are not refunded and are the expense of the customer.  All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent, with tags attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Unidentified items will be returned to the sender.


To initiate your return, please e-mail with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, along with an explanation for the return. Once your email has been received, a return authorization # and instructions on where to return the item will be emailed to you.



If you would like to exchange an item, we highly suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.
